Platformer, the missing link in line, is a flexible tray former that combines
the advantages from a Thermoforming machine with the pros of a pre-made tray together.
- Thus, the platformer can offer the manufacturers the capability to produce their own tray which have the same properties as the pre-made tray both with or without lip and can be used with PET sheet with thickness from 300 – 800 microns. Platformer new technology revolutionizes the concept of tray forming by cutting. ธhe tray footprint before the forming process occurs, reducing the scrap to just 2%. More importantly, the overall price per tray also minimized to be cheaper than regular pre-made tray.
