In 19th century, Reich brothers were already manufacturing boilers for traditional food production
and their products earned them a good name. In 1964, the company NESS Wärmetechnik
was founded by Dipl.-Ingenieur Eduard Ness and in 1986 it took over the Reich company
to form NESS & Co. GmbH. The combined expertise of the two companies proved successful.
High-performance engineering with an industrial background met with expertise
in the production of machinery and equipment for the food industry.
The company headquarters in Remshalden has been considerably expanded in recent years.
The production plant at Remshalden can handle mass-production equipment
with parts weighing up to 40 tonnes.
